INTRO
Hi everyone. I will be operating out of the Ingleside Wellness & Recreation Centre, more popularly known as the Badminton Club. When I’m not physically there, Mr. Robert Shaw (RJ) will be present to take, assess and start the repair process. Please see the links below for the location and some of the services provided.

Services provided at the location will include:
- PC repairs - hardware and software.
- Mobile device repairs - hardware and software.
- Server setup, deployment and administration (remotely).
- PBX deployment and administration (remotely).
- Data recovery.

The terms remain the same as on the main site with some changes. Whatever is listed here will take precedence.

In summary:
- Items will be assessed within 1-3 business days.
- Once assessment is done, you will be provided with an update.
- Depending on your decision, we will then proceed with repairs.
- All repairs should be completed within 5 business days unless otherwise specified.
- Some exceptions include data recovery, outsourced repairs (if needed) and situations where part ordering is required.
- Any part order situation will require that you pick up your device until the part is available.
ITEM STORAGE
- Related to above - we WILL NOT be storing customer items beyond 2 weeks once work is done or part order is needed.
- All items either requiring parts or flagged as completed will result in a notification send to the client.
- The maximum storage time will be 30 regular days - not business days.
- If the item is not picked up thereafter, we will sell the item to recover storage and labour costs.
